.DISCUSSION...

A clipper low pressure system will dive out of Canada and across the
far eastern Dakotas and Minnesota tonight, bringing a chance for
some light snow/rain/freezing rain to the eastern part of the
region. Windy conditions will develop late tonight and Wednesday as
well, with gusts in excess of 40 MPH possible. Minimum relative
humidity values will range from around 45 percent around the Murdo
area to 65 to 70 percent across far northeastern South Dakota and
west central Minnesota on Wednesday afternoon.
