...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...

Winds are now decreasing and blowing snow is becoming less severe.
Snow will continue into tonight with another several inches of
accumulation.

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM AKDT THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
  accumulations of 8 to 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35
  mph will reduce visibility to one half miles or less at times.

* WHERE...South Slopes Of The Central Brooks Range.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas
  of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions are expected or occurring. This will make travel very
difficult or impossible.

  accumulations of 4 to 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45
  mph will reduce visibility to one half miles or less at times.

* WHERE...Southern Denali Borough and Eastern Alaska Range South
  of Trims Camp.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM AKDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.
