At 927 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm, capable of
producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located 11
nm southwest of James River Bridge, moving northeast at 20 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Hampton River Inlet, James River Bridge, Hampton Flats, Monitor
Merrimack Bridge Tunnel, Willoughby Bay, Sewells Point, and Dominion
Pier.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
