.DISCUSSION...

A region of high pressure will be moving through NEPA this
evening into the early overnight hours with winds becoming lighter
between 7pm until about 5am. As the high pressure moves off to
the east, winds at higher elevations at State Gamelands number 36
will increase out of the east after 5am with potential for winds
to rise with gusts to near 20 mph by 8am. Winds will stay elevated
between 10 to 20 mph Wenesday morning with RH increasing ahead of
precipitation that is moving in around noon. The heaviest
precipitation moves out Wenesday afternoon into the early evening
as the warm front lifts north with winds increasing again and
becoming more SE. RH stays high Wednesday night into Thursday with
the possibility of hill and ridgetop fog with lower visibilities
above 1500 feet. Showers and drizzle will be possible at times
Wednesday night into Thursday with winds calming back down late
Wednesday night into Thursday morning. There is a low chance of a
thunderstorm late Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
