...A WINTER STORM CONTINUES TO IMPACT WESTERN AND CENTRAL NORTH
DAKOTA...

This Sunday afternoon, a center of low pressure, a Colorado low,
lingers over northeast Colorado. This Colorado Low is weaker
than earlier predicted, and its track will be more east, across
Kansas and Nebraska, rather than northeast, toward North Dakota.
Because the storm is weaker and tracking further to the south of
North Dakota, the expected snow totals for most areas of western
and central North Dakota will be lower than predicted earlier.
The storm will still be impactful, with snow, and blowing and
drifting snow, and gusty winds, but the impacts will not be as
great as previously thought. The biggest impacts from this storm
will be to our south and our east.

Keep up to date on the storm at www.weather.gov/bis. And, keep up
to date on road conditions at travel.dot.nd.gov.
