  extending out to 20 nm South of Block Island.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Sunday. Strongest wind gusts expected
  Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
