...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...

Observation platforms along the Lower Texas Coast indicated that
winds have diminished to 15 to 20 knots with a few higher gusts
on the Laguna Madre. Therefore, the Small Craft Advisory for the
Laguna Madre has been allowed to expire. Operators of small craft
should exercise caution on the Laguna Madre through the rest of
the night.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
