channel out to 60 nautical miles.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

A surge of high pressure will maintain strong offshore flow
through early Thursday morning. Winds will become weak offshore
Thursday afternoon, then weak onshore Thursday night. Weak to
moderate onshore flow can be expected Friday into Friday night,
before increasing to more moderate levels over the weekend leading
to Small Craft Caution conditions into early next week.
