 For the Garcitas Creek at Inez.
 * At 7:15 PM CST Sunday the stage was 16.4 feet.
 * Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
 * Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
 * Caution stage is 10.0 feet.
 * Forecast: The creek will continue to fall, falling below caution
   stage midday Monday.
