...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
  counties, Clearfield, Elk, McKean and Warren.

* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 121 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected
    to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches
    of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    St. Marys, Warren, Bradford, DuBois, Clearfield, Ridgway,
    Kane, Johnsonburg, Sandy, Philipsburg, Woodland,
    Curwensville, Port Allegany, Sheffield, Columbus,
    Youngsville, Smethport, Wetmore, Penfield and Russell.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
