.DISCUSSION...

High clouds will be on the increase tonight with mostly cloudy to
overcast high to midlevel clouds through the day tomorrow. Despite
this increase in high cloud cover, no rain will occur on Monday.
Winds will be from the east and relatively breezy with near surface
winds in the 8-12 mph range with gusts in the 15-20 mph range through
the day. Transport winds will likewise be easterly increasing over
20 mph from late morning through the afternoon. Minimum RH values are
forecast to drop to around 40 percent in the afternoon hours, and mixing
heights are forecast to max out around 3300 ft.

Rain will likely hold off until during the day Tuesday, especially by
Tuesday afternoon. Rainfall totals with this next frontal system from
Tuesday through Wednesday are currently expected to be in the 1 to 1.5
inch range.
