Fire Weather Planning Forecast for E ND, NW and WC MN
National Weather Service Grand Forks ND
329 AM CDT Thu Oct 19 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Less wind today and much warmer. Relative humidity values a bit
higher than on Wednesday and southerly winds today of 10 to 20 mph
will not allow as much dry air to reach the surface. But still dry
fuels, south winds 10 to 20 mph and relative humidities in the
20s will cause near critical fire weather conditions today.

South winds on Friday, gusting to 30 mph in the Red River valley.
The southerly winds will help bring up a bit more low level
moisture and despite the warm temperatures relative humidity
values will be higher on Friday.

A chance for showers on Saturday and again later Sunday night and
Monday.
