Today will feature mostly clear skies with some higher level stratus crossing into the area. Relative humidity values today are very uncertain and depend on how strong surface heating is today. At this point, expect between 35 and 40% relative humidity by this afternoon, with the potential to fall into the low 30s and upper 20s in Minnesota. Winds today will eventually shift to southerly through the afternoon, increasing to southeasterly and 15 to 25 knots by 7 PM, especailly in North Dakota. Winds in Minnesota will be slower to respond, primarily sticking to below 15 knots through the day today. The probability for wetting rain is very high as rain chances increase Monday and Tuesday.
