.DISCUSSION...

Thicker cloud cover will move in from west to east this morning
with showers developing well west of the Red River at some point
this afternoon. The rainfall will reach points east of the river
this evening and tonight. Locally heavy rainfall amounts will be
possible south of Interstate 94 overnight, but at this point the
heaviest action will be well south of our area. Showers will
linger over Minnesota Wednesday, while some clearing is possible
by afternoon for eastern North Dakota. Drier conditions will be in
place for most of the late week period into the weekend. Wind
speeds will reach 15 mph today before turning lighter once again
thereafter.
