            THIS TORNADO BEGAN AROUND 1036PM AND ENDED AROUND 1040PM
            IN THE TOWN OF TOLNA. ESTIMATED PEAK WINDS ARE AROUND 110
            MPH...WHICH IS AN EF-1 RATING. DAMAGE INCLUDED SEVERAL
            UPROOTED TREES...A BENT TOWER...AND A QUONSET STORAGE
            BUILDING BLOWN OFF ITS FOUNDATION. MUCH OF THE DAMAGE
            OCCURRED IN THE VICINITY OF LEE AVENUE ON THESOUTH SIDE
            OF TOWN...INCLUDING THE CITY PARK AREA. THE ESTIMATED
            PATH WAS AROUND 0.5 MILES LONG AND 350 YARDS WIDE. A
            POWER OUTAGE OCCURRED AS SOON AS THE TORNADO HIT.
