...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of Leon County through
1230 AM CDT...

At 1154 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
near Marquez, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of Leon County,
including the following locations... Redland, Pleasant Springs,
Jewett, Marquez, Flo, Centerview, Oakwood, Corinth, Robbins, and
Flynn.

This includes Interstate 45 between mile markers 158 and 180.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for gusty winds out of the west as a band of moderate
rain moves through the area.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 200 AM CDT for
central Texas.
