For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
Mountain showers will continue across the north with drier conditions
elsewhere. It will be less windy today but still breezy with gusts to 20
mph at times. Temperatures will continue to be cool with highs 15 degrees
below normal.  A slow warmup is in store for the rest of the week into the
weekend, but still below normal with unsettled conditions. Above normal
temperatures look to be seen by next week.
