East central Mason County in northern Kentucky... Northern Lewis County in northeastern Kentucky... Southern Adams County in south central Ohio... Southwestern Scioto County in south central Ohio... * Until 915 PM EDT. * At 823 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Manchester, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage to trees and power lines. * Locations impacted include... West Union, Manchester, Vanceburg, Rome, Blue Creek, Concord, Sandy Springs, Trinity, Buena Vista in Scioto County, Carrs, State Route 348 at State Route 125, Rectorville, Garrison, Cedar Mills, Herron Hill, and Bentonville.
