...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southern Brown,
southwestern Bartholomew and Jackson Counties through MIDNIGHT EDT
...

At 1121 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 11 miles southwest of Nashville to 12 miles
northeast of Paoli. Movement was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Columbus, Seymour, Brownstown, Crothersville, Medora, Elizabethtown,
Jonesville, Norman, Waymansville, Freetown, Vallonia, Spurgeons
Corner, Azalia, Pleasant View, Elkinsville, Kurtz, Cortland, Stone
Head, and Story.

This includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 37 and 66.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 AM EDT for
central, south central and southeastern Indiana.
