...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
  expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
  counties, Jasper, Newton and Orange.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 924 AM CDT, Flooding is already occurring in the warned
    area.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Orange, Vidor, Mauriceville, Buna, Gist and Wrights
    Settlement.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
