Through 7 am, scattered thunderstorms will continue to move to
the northeast across portions of the South Plains, Rolling Plains,
and extreme southern Texas Panhandle. These storms will be capable
of producing small hail, wind gusts to 50 mph, and frequent cloud
to ground lightning.
