* Relative Humidity: As low as 12 percent.

* Wind: Southwest at 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph.

* Fuels: Dry.

These conditions will support the spread of wildfires. Outdoor
burning and activities that involve open sparks or flames are
discouraged.
