southwest winds 15 to 25 mph shifting to the west 20 to 30 mph after
midnight. Along the Rio Grande, south winds 10 to 20 mph.
.WEDNESDAY...Sunny. Highs around 80 in the mountains to around
102 along the Rio Grande. West winds 20 to 30 mph in the mountains...

.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Mostly clear. Lows in the upper 60s. In the
mountains, southwest winds 15 to 25 mph shifting to the west after
midnight. Along the Rio Grande, east winds 10 to 15 mph shifting to
