.DISCUSSION...

Gentle west winds this morning up to the time of ignition. Winds
then gradually turn southerly throughout the afternoon, with winds
and gusts remaining at or below 16 mph. Rising dewpoints
throughout the day should keep RH values from falling below 40
percent at the burn site. The cloud deck currently positioned
northeast of the burn site is expected to erode and egress
northeastward today. If it lingers longer than expected,
temperatures may be slightly cooler and RH slightly higher than
forecast.
