SKIES WERE PARTLY TO MOSTLY SUNNY ACROSS MINNESOTA LATE THIS
MORNING. TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE LOW 40S ALONG THE IOWA
BORDER...TO THE MID 50S IN THE NORTHWEST AND NORTH CENTRAL
PORTIONS OF THE STATE. THIS IS DUE TO HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING OVER
CENTRAL CANADA AND INTO MINNESOTA.

THE HIGH WILL REMAIN ENTRENCHED OVER NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE
REGION THROUGH THE WEEKEND...WHILE AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE MOVES
NORTHEASTWARDS FROM THE SOUTHERN PLAINS INTO NORTHWEST MISSOURI BY
SATURDAY EVENING. THIS WILL RESULT IN PARTLY TO MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES
THIS AFTERNOON. HIGHS RANGE FROM THE 40S ALONG THE LAKE SUPERIOR
SHORELINE...TO THE 50S ELSEWHERE.

TONIGHT...SKIES WILL BE PARTLY CLOUDY TO MOSTLY CLEAR. OVERNIGHT
LOWS RANGE FROM THE MID 30S ACROSS THE NORTH...TO THE LOW 40S IN
THE SOUTH.

SATURDAY...SKIES WILL BE PARTLY TO MOSTLY SUNNY FOR THE MAJORITY
OF THE STATE. THERE IS A CHANCE OF RAIN ALONG THE IOWA AND
MINNESOTA BORDER. HIGHS RANGE FROM THE 40S ALONG THE LAKE SUPERIOR
SHORELINE...TO THE 50S ELSEWHERE.

SUNDAY...DRY AND QUIET WEATHER IS EXPECTED THROUGHOUT THE STATE
WITH MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES. HIGHS RANGE FROM NEAR 50 ALONG THE LAKE
SUPERIOR SHORELINE...TO THE LOW 60S ELSEWHERE.
