A BROAD RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WAS IN PLACE ACROSS THE UPPER
MIDWEST THIS MORNING...YIELDING SUNNY TO PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES
ACROSS THE STATE. AT 9 AM TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE UPPER 50S
NORTHEAST...TO THE MIDDLE 60S CENTRAL.

WITH THE RIDGE IN PLACE OVERHEAD CLEAR TO PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES ARE
ANTICIPATED FOR TODAY AND TONIGHT. WINDS WILL BE NORTHERLY TO THE
EAST OF THE RIDGE AXIS AND SOUTHERLY TO THE WEST...AND RELATIVELY
LIGHT AT 3-8 MPH. WITH LIGHT WINDS...CLEAR SKIES...AND HIGH
PRESSURE OVERHEAD...AREAS OF PATCHY FOG MAY DEVELOP
OVERNIGHT. TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON WILL CLIMB INTO THE LOW 70S
NORTHEAST...TO THE UPPER 70S IN THE RED RIVER VALLEY. LOWS TONIGHT
WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 40S NORTHEAST...TO THE UPPER 50S WEST.

THE RIDGE WILL STRENGTHEN AS IT SHIFTS SOUTHEAST FOR THURSDAY.
SKIES ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN CLEAR TO PARTLY CLOUDY WITH LIGHT
SOUTHERLY WINDS AND WARMER TEMPERATURES. HIGHS ON THURSDAY
WILL REACH THE MIDDLE 70S NORTHEAST...AND THE MIDDLE 80S
NORTHWEST...WITH UPPER 70S SOUTH.
