RANGE FROM -10 TO -35 DURING THE AFTERNOON.

A BRIEF WARM UP IS EXPECTED MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY...BUT
ANOTHER ARCTIC HIGH WILL BUILD IN FOR THE SECOND HALF OF NEXT WEEK.
