Weather Summary for Minnesota
National Weather Service Twin Cities/Chanhassen MN
436 AM CDT Sun Aug 13 2017

It`s been a soggy night out in western Minnesota, where areas around
Ortonville picked up around an inch and a half of rain. This rain
will work up toward Duluth through the morning, with additional
showers and thunderstorms expected through the day across central
and southern Minnesota. Rainfall chances shift to the east tonight
before ending all together Monday afternoon. Our run of dry weather
will be short lived, with the next system impacting the state
Tuesday night through Wednesday.

The clouds and rain will hold highs in the mid 60s to mid 70s today,
but next week will feature a gradual upward trend in both
temperatures and humidity, with a more summer like feel expected as
we work into next weekend.
