WEATHER SUMMARY FOR MINNESOTA

Low clouds were found across northern Minnesota overnight, while a
deck of mid level clouds passed across the south. Scattered
sprinkles were also reported. It was a crisp morning over the
northern half of the state, where temperatures prior to daybreak
were in the 20s and 30s. Over the south, readings were slightly
warmer and ranged in the mid to upper 40s.

It will be a cooler day today, with highs generally ranging from 40
to 50 in the north to around 60 in the south. Expect to see lighter
winds today along with more sunshine in the afternoon. Clouds will
increase this evening, with rain showers spreading from west to east
across the state overnight. Central and southern areas may seem some
thunderstorms as well, while the north potentially experiences a
wintry mix.
