SKIES HAVE CLEARED OVER THE WESTERN QUARTER OF THE STATE...WITH
PARTLY SUNNY TO OVERCAST CONDITIONS OVER THE REMAINDER OF
MINNESOTA. THE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WHICH BROUGHT RAIN TO THE
STATE YESTERDAY WAS CENTERED OVER UPPER MICHIGAN LATE THIS
MORNING. A FEW SCATTERED SHOWERS LINGERED OVER NORTHEAST MINNESOTA
AND THERE WERE POCKETS OF FOG UNDER THE CLOUD DECK. AT 11 AM
TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE UPPER 50S NORTHEAST...TO 80 DEGREES
NEAR CANBY IN THE SOUTHWEST.

THE LOW WILL SLOWLY DRIFT EASTWARD THIS AFTERNOON AND
TONIGHT...KEEPING CLOUDS AND SHOWER CHANCES IN PLACE OVER EASTERN
MINNESOTA THROUGH THE DAY...AND OVER THE NORTHEAST TONIGHT. WITH
SKIES IN THE WEST CLEARING...A FEW FAIR WEATHER CLOUDS MAY DEVELOP
LATER TODAY. TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON WILL CLIMB INTO THE MIDDLE
60S NORTHEAST...TO THE MIDDLE 80S SOUTHWEST. LOWS TONIGHT WILL
RANGE FROM THE LOW 50S NORTHEAST...TO THE LOW 60S SOUTHWEST.

CLOUDS ARE EXPECTED TO LINGER OVER THE NORTHEAST DURING THE
MORNING ON WEDNESDAY...GRADUALLY GIVING WAY TO PARTLY SUNNY TO
PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES. A DEVELOPING LOW IN THE PLAINS WILL BRING
SOUTHERLY WINDS TO THE REGION...AND WILL SUPPORT A CHANCE OF
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON OVER THE WEST
AND SOUTH. TEMPERATURES WILL REACH THE UPPER 60S NEAR LAKE
SUPERIOR...AND THE MIDDLE 80S IN THE MINNESOTA RIVER VALLEY.
