DENSE FOG OVER CENTRAL MINNESOTA THIS AFTERNOON WILL SPREAD SOUTH
AND EAST OVERNIGHT. DENSE FOG THROUGH TONIGHT WILL BE MOST LIKELY
ACROSS WESTERN AND CENTRAL MINNESOTA...WITH REDEVELOPMENT POSSIBLE
IN WESTERN WISCONSIN.
