SOUTHERN MINNESOTA... AND WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

AIR TEMPERATURES WILL BE 15 TO 20 BELOW ZERO TONIGHT...BUT WINDS
WILL BE LIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

A STORM SYSTEM WILL DEVELOP AND MOVE ACROSS THE MIDWEST LATE
MONDAY INTO TUESDAY. THIS STORM COULD BRING MODERATE SNOWFALL
ACROSS THE REGION...ESPECIALLY SOUTHERN MN AND WESTERN WI.
