THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND
SOUTHERN MINNESOTA...AND WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED AGAIN TODAY ACROSS
PARTS OF WEST CENTRAL...SOUTHWEST...AND SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA
AS HUMIDITIES FALL TO NEAR 20 PERCENT AND COMBINE WITH NORTHWEST
WINDS BETWEEN 15 AND 30 MPH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA SATURDAY AND
SATURDAY NIGHT. THE SEVERE WEATHER POTENTIAL IS LOW.

MELTING SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE RISING RIVER LEVELS OVER EASTERN
MINNESOTA AND WESTERN WISCONSIN...ALTHOUGH MOST WILL REMAIN BELOW
FLOOD STAGE THROUGH WEDNESDAY. ONE EXCEPTION MAY BE THE CHIPPEWA
RIVER IN WISCONSIN. POTENTIAL THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE BASIN ON
SATURDAY COULD PRODUCE ENOUGH ADDITIONAL RUNOFF TO CAUSE THE
CHIPPEWA RIVER AT EAU CLAIRE AND DURAND TO REACH FLOOD STAGE BY
MONDAY. STAY TUNED FOR FUTURE UPDATES AND POSSIBLE FLOOD WARNINGS
SHOULD CONFIDENCE IN THE RAINFALL AMOUNTS AND RESULTING RIVER LEVELS
INCREASE.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SKYWARN SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED.
