WINDS GUSTING AS HIGH AS 30 TO 40 MPH ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
OVER MUCH OF THE AREA SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON. THE
WIND COMBINED WITH LIGHT SNOW AS WELL AS EXISTING SNOW ON THE
GROUND WILL RESULT IN AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.
