THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND
SOUTHERN MINNESOTA...AND WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

AREAS OF DRIZZLE AND FOG ARE EXPECTED ON SUNDAY...POSSIBLY MIXED
WITH SLEET OR LIGHT FREEZING RAIN...MAINLY OVER WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA. PRECIPITATION IS THEN EXPECTED TO CHANGE TO ALL SNOW
FROM WEST TO EAST SUNDAY NIGHT ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA. WINDS WILL
BE ON THE INCREASE SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY...AS LIGHT SNOW
CONTINUES. AT THIS TIME...SNOW ACCUMULATIONS IN THE ONE HALF TO 3
INCH RANGE APPEAR THE MOST PROBABLE. DUE TO UNCERTAINTY REGARDING
THE IMPACT MELTING WILL HAVE ON THE SNOWPACK...THE EXTENT AND
SCOPE OF VISIBILITY REDUCTIONS DUE TO BLOWING SNOW ON MONDAY AND
MONDAY NIGHT ARE SOMEWHAT UNCERTAIN. AT THIS POINT...THE MOST
WIDESPREAD BLOWING SNOW IS EXPECTED ACROSS WEST CENTRAL AND SOUTH
CENTRAL MINNESOTA AS WIND SPEEDS INCREASE TO 25-35 MPH SUSTAINED
WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH MONDAY AFTERNOON...AND THE HIGHEST SNOWFALL
ACCUMULATIONS NORTH OF THE INTESTATE 94 CORRIDOR IN WEST CENTRAL
WISCONSIN.
