MINNESOTA THIS MORNING.

THE LEADING EDGE WILL MOVE TO I-94 FROM THE TWIN CITY METRO WEST
TO FARGO MOOREHEAD BETWEEN NOW AND 800 AM THIS MORNING.

A TRACE TO 1 INCH OF ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED FROM I-94 SOUTH TO
THE MINNESOTA RIVER...AND 1 TO 2 INCHES OF ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED
FROM THE MINNESOTA RIVER SOUTH TO THE IOWA LINE. LITTLE OR NO
ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED NORTH OF I-94.
