TRAILING EDGE WILL MOVE FROM I-35 BETWEEN DULUTH...THE TWIN CITIES
AND AWAY FROM THE MINNESOTA RIVER AT NEW ULM INTO WISCONSIN EAST OF
THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER BETWEEN NOW AND 830 PM.

THE LEADING EDGE WILL MOVE TO IRONWOOD...MEDFORD...AND NEILSVILLE
