Subject: Discontinuation of Minnesota State Temperature and
Precipitation Summary (RTPMN) Effective January 16, 2018

On January 16, 2018, the NWS will cease production of the
State Temperature and Precipitation Summary for Minnesota (RTPMN)
issued by the Weather Forecast Office in Chanhassen, Minnesota.

MSPRTPMN ASUS63 (MPX)

The NWS requested feedback via a message on the MSPRTPMN from users
who might have concerns regarding its discontinuation, starting in
early November. One comment was received in response to the inquiry,
and an alternate source for the data was identified to support the
needs of the user. As a result, the decision was made to discontinue
the product.

The data contained in this product will still be available in the
following products:

MSPRTPMPX ASUS63 (MPX)
MSPRTPDLH ASUS63 (DLH)
MKERTPARX ASUS63 (ARX)
