THE NOAA WEATHER RADIO TRANSMITTERS AT ST CLOUD AND WILLMAR ARE
CURRENTLY OFF THE AIR DUE TO A FIBER OPTIC LINE ISSUE. TECHNICIANS
ARE WORKING ON THE PROBLEM AND HOPE TO HAVE THE TRANSMITTERS
RETURNED TO SERVICE BY THE LATE MORNING HOURS ON FRIDAY.
