...STRONG WINDS TONIGHT AND MONDAY WILL BRING AREAS OF BLOWING
SNOW AND REDUCED VISIBILITY...

.NORTHWEST WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN TO 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35
OR 40 MPH TONIGHT ACROSS WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...AND EXPAND
SOUTHEAST INTO SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA MONDAY. WITH THE RECENTLY
FALLEN SNOW...THE WIND WILL CAUSE CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND
DRIFTING SNOW IN OPEN AREAS AND VISIBILITIES THAT DROP BELOW 1/2
MILE. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED WEST OF A LINE
FROM ALEXANDRIA...TO WILLMAR...LE CENTER...AND OWATONNA.
