...STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS TONIGHT AND MONDAY WILL CAUSE AREAS OF
BLOWING SNOW AND REDUCED VISIBILITY...

.NORTHWEST WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN TO 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO
40 MPH TONIGHT ACROSS WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...AND EXPAND
SOUTHEAST INTO SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA BY MONDAY MORNING. THE WIND
WILL CAUSE CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW IN OPEN AREAS
DUE TO THE RECENTLY FALLEN SNOW...WITH VISIBILITIES OCCASIONALLY
DROPPING BELOW A HALF MILE. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT
FOR TONIGHT AND MONDAY TO THE WEST OF A LINE FROM ALEXANDRIA...TO
