ICY ROAD CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE MAINLY ALONG AND NORTH OF
INTERSTATE 94. THE RAIN WILL BE LIGHT AND ONLY LAST 1 TO 2
HOURS...HOWEVER...THIS WILL LIKELY BE ENOUGH TIME TO FORM A FINE
GLAZE OF ICE ON UNTREATED SURFACES. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION
