.MORNING TEMPERATURES WILL DROP WELL BELOW ZERO...AND COMBINED WITH
THE NORTHWEST WINDS OF 10 TO 15 MPH...WILL CREATE WIND CHILL
VALUES 25 TO 30 BELOW ZERO. A WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN
EFFECT THROUGH MID MORNING FOR AREAS NORTHWEST OF A LINE FROM
REDWOOD FALLS TO CAMBRIDGE.

* MAIN IMPACT...EXPOSED SKIN COULD FREEZE IN LESS THAN 30

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
