SOUTHEAST ACROSS CENTRAL MINNESOTA AND WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN
THROUGH NOON. ICY ROAD CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE MAINLY ALONG AND
NORTH OF INTERSTATE 94. THE RAIN WILL BE LIGHT AND ONLY LAST 1 TO
2 HOURS...HOWEVER...THIS WILL LIKELY BE ENOUGH TIME TO FORM A
