SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA EARLY THIS MORNING. ICY ROAD CONDITIONS ARE
POSSIBLE NEAR AND WEST OF A LINE FROM VESTA...TO SLEEPY EYE...TO
ST.JAMES...TO FAIRMONT. THE RAIN WILL BE LIGHT AND ONLY LAST 1 TO
2 HOURS...HOWEVER...THIS WILL LIKELY BE ENOUGH TIME TO FORM A FINE
GLAZE OF ICE ON UNTREATED SURFACES. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION
