.WIND CHILL VALUES OF 25 BELOW TO 35 BELOW ZERO WILL OCCUR LATE
SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING ACROSS ALL OF SOUTHERN AND
CENTRAL MINNESOTA THROUGH WESTERN WISCONSIN. A WIND CHILL ADVISORY
HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THE ENTIRE COVERAGE AREA FOR SATURDAY NIGHT
