...TREACHEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS TO CONTINUE OVERNIGHT...
...LIGHT SNOW TO CONTINUE OVERNIGHT...

.TREACHEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT. BANDS OF
SNOW WILL TAPER OFF AFTER MIDNIGHT ACROSS SOUTHERN MINNESOTA AND
WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN. THE COMBINATION OF GUSTY WINDS AND NEWLY
FALLEN SNOW WILL CREATE BLIZZARD CONDITIONS IN PORTIONS OF
SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA OVERNIGHT.

VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED DOWN TO ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES IN
THE BLIZZARD WARNED AREA...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN COUNTRY.

A BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THE NIGHT FOR AREAS
OF SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA...GENERALLY ALONG AND
SOUTH OF A LINE FROM REDWOOD FALLS...TO MANKATO...TO
OWATONNA...WHERE SUSTAINED WINDS OF 25 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45
MPH ARE EXPECTED TO REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER
MILE. A WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT ALONG AND EAST OF
A LINE FROM GRANITE FALLS...TO JUST WEST OF THE TWIN CITIES
METRO...TO RUSH CITY... EAST INTO WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN. A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT TO THE NORTH OF THE BLIZZARD AND

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 6 TO 10 INCHES ARE EXPECTED. THE
  HIGH END SNOWFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE NEAR NEW ULM...ST JAMES AND
  MANKATO WHERE LOCALLY A FOOT OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE.
