...SNOW CONTINUING THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON...

.A BAND OF 3 TO 7 INCHES OF SNOWFALL WILL FALL SOUTHWEST OF A
MADISON TO ALBERT LEA LINE THIS MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON.
VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED...AND ACCUMULATION ON ROADWAYS WILL
MAKE FOR SLICK TRAVEL. THE HEAVIEST SNOW AND MOST DIFFICULT TRAVEL
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO OCCUR THROUGH 10 AM IN WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA AND BETWEEN 6 AM AND NOON ALONG THE I-90 CORRIDOR.
