...WINTRY MIX CHANGING TO SNOW THIS EVENING...

.A WINTRY MIX OF FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET WILL CHANGE TO ALL SNOW
EARLY THIS EVENING FROM CENTRAL INTO SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA. THE
SNOW WILL PERSIST INTO THE EARLY MORNING HOURS ON TUESDAY BEFORE
ENDING. NORTH WINDS WILL ALSO INCREASE DURING THE EVENING WITH
SPEEDS FROM 20 TO 30 MPH COMMON. FURTHER WEST...SNOW WILL OCCUR
THROUGH THE EVENING ACROSS WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA ALONG WITH
STRONG NORTH WINDS FROM 25 TO 40 MPH. THE SNOW WILL THEN END
ACROSS WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA AFTER MIDNIGHT. SNOW ACCUMULATION
OVERNIGHT IN THE AFOREMENTIONED AREAS WILL BE MAINLY IN THE 2 TO
3 INCH RANGE. IN ADDITION...THE STRONG WINDS MAY RESULT IN
ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES IN AREAS WHERE LINES ARE COATED WITH ICE.
