...BLOWING SNOW THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON...
...VERY COLD WIND CHILL VALUES DEVELOPING OVERNIGHT...

.GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 40 MPH WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE
LATE AFTERNOON ACROSS WEST CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA.
THIS WILL LEAD TO PERIODIC WHITEOUT CONDITIONS BEFORE THE STRONG
WIND BEGINS TO DECREASE TOWARD SUNSET. ELSEWHERE...AREAS OF
BLOWING SNOW WILL BE LESS WIDESPREAD...BUT COULD CAUSE A FEW SLICK
SPOTS ON ROADWAYS.

TEMPERATURES OVERNIGHT WILL DROP WELL BELOW ZERO...AND WITH THE
CONTINUED NORTHWEST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH...WILL CREATE WIND CHILL
VALUES 25 TO 30 BELOW ZERO. A WIND CHILL ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED
LATER TONIGHT AND THROUGH MID MORNING WEDNESDAY FOR AREAS
NORTHWEST OF A LINE FROM REDWOOD FALLS TO LITCHFIELD TO ST CLOUD
